If you have just purchased one of the lightest and strongest bicycle wheels. All PROGRESS wheels have been developed in conjunction with professional cyclists, using them for thousands of miles, and should not fail. We guarantee that each wheel has been hand centered by one of our experts. Nothing compares to a hand-centered wheel.

The warranty period for PROGRESS wheels is three (3) years from the date of purchase for products purchased on or after January 1, 2022 and two (2) years for products purchased prior to that date, covering defects in material or assembly. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at PROGRESS Cycles' option. In case of no replacement, Progress Cycles will pay the value of the product or broken part according to the date of purchase from the authorized retailer.

PROGRESS wheels use standard spokes and nipples, and any cycling store should be able to carry out repairs or maintenance. Claims should be made through authorized points of sale.

These General Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as "General Terms") govern the business relationship between FUN SPORT EXPRESS SL (hereinafter PROGRESS) and the user or customer who makes an online purchase at PROGRESS through the forms available on its website www.progresscycles.com.

It is understood that a customer or user who makes a purchase through the PROGRESS websites expressly accepts these terms and conditions, in addition to the terms of use when browsing the PROGRESS owned website. These terms and conditions shall apply regardless of any other specific legal requirements applicable to individual cases.

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Law 7/1998, of April 13, 1998, on General Conditions for Contracting Services; Law 26/1984, of July 19, 1984, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users; Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, which regulates Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions; Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on Personal Data Protection; Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade; and Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

PROGRESS reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary, without notice, to the General Terms. These changes may be made through its websites in any legally permissible manner and must be complied with for as long as they appear on the website, or until they are legally modified with updated and subsequent versions. However, PROGRESS reserves the right to apply, in particular cases, Specific Terms and Conditions of Service that will prevail over these General Terms when deemed necessary, and with prior and adequate notice.

PRE-PURCHASE INFORMATION

By making a purchase on PROGRESS through its website, the user or customer declares that he/she knows, understands and expressly accepts the general terms and conditions of service. The user also declares that he/she is eighteen years of age or older and has full legal capacity to act when accessing or making purchases on PROGRESS websites. The user is responsible for keeping your user profile and password confidential, and must not disclose them to third parties.

Once the purchase has been made, the user will see the order confirmation on the screen, which can be printed as proof of purchase.

The order confirmation and proof of purchase (version printed by the user) are not equivalent to an invoice.

PURCHASING PROCESS

1.- PRODUCT OFFER AND PRICE LIST.

In compliance with current laws and, in particular, Law 34/2002, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, PROGRESS provides information on all its products for sale, including their features and prices. However, PROGRESS reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered to its customers through the website, modifying the description of the product content online. Therefore, the products offered at any given time on the PROGRESS website are subject to the General Terms in force in each case. PROGRESS may also discontinue offering, without notice and at any time, any of the aforementioned products.

2- PRICE INDICATION

Each product offered will have its price indicated. The prices indicated on the screen are those in effect at that moment.

3- SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated on the PROGRESS website according to the shipping address.

4.- AVAILABILITY

The availability of products offered by PROGRESS on its websites may vary depending on customer demand. Although PROGRESS regularly renews its inventory, products ordered by customers may be out of stock at any given time. In this case, PROGRESS will send an email to the customer to notify him/her that the order is affected.

5- CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER IMPORT CHARGES

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported to the place of destination.

When the order is placed, the consignee is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations at the destination.

Orders shipped outside Spain may be subject to import taxes and/or border charges applied by the relevant authorities.

Any additional charges or specific documentation that may be required for delivery of your order must be borne by the recipient; PROGRESS is not responsible for any additional charges that may be required for delivery of the order. PROGRESS has no control over the additional charges that may be required in each country and, therefore, cannot predict the amount of these charges. Customs policies vary considerably, so we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

When customs clearance procedures are required, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If an order is returned because the recipient has not complied with any of the procedures for delivery of the order, all logistical costs will be passed on to the customer.

6.- DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

The delivery time of the order will depend on the availability of the product, the destination to which it will be sent and the type of delivery selected. Delivery time may vary from 1 to 30 days.

7- PAYMENT METHODS

Payment to PROGRESS can be made in the following ways:

-Credit card, through MASTER-CARD or VISA. Payment will be made through the Banc Sabadell payment gateway using SSL. In effect, this means that PROGRESS will never know your credit card number.

8.- WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

All products on progresscycles.com are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery.

A unique service in case of accidental breakage!

In case of breakage due to an accident, PROGRESS helps you by offering you a new tire at half the usual price within 1 year from the date of purchase.

This warranty is not transferable to two owners.

A) This warranty does not cover damage caused during transportation, storage, accidents, improper use, shock, improper maintenance, failure to follow instructions, improper assembly, use of non-compatible accessories, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Components subject to wear are brake shoes, aluminum core bodies and bearings.

B) All our road wheels use ultralight carbon or aluminum rims. Therefore, we recommend not to use "metal composite" brake pads.

The warranty does not cover brake pads or the braking surface of tubular or clincher rims.

C) This warranty does not cover damage caused during transportation of the products; this type of damage must be claimed directly from the corresponding carrier.

D) Progress Cycles does not cover transportation costs. After receipt of a warranty and its positive evaluation progress cycles will bear the cost of return.
